Having a child has made me the most health conscious I've ever been. Pregnancy gave me the opportunity to drink smoothies and eat as much fresh food as I possibly could. I had so much energy and felt incredible.
Once I had my little girl I decided to go deeper into the raw food world, having experienced such great health and learned so much about the body and food that seemed rather mysterious prior.
